Public Involvement
Stakeholder involvement will be an important component throughout the Chicago to Dubuque Rail Program. Stakeholder involvement opportunities include Public Meetings, newsletters, and online resources in which stakeholders will have an opportunity to follow the Program and to provide input through written or online comment forms.
